Aluminum Clad Copper tube (ACC) can be used in the fields of Air-conditioner, Refrigeration, Heat Exchanger, Solar water Heater and Water Pipe etc. The layer of ACC tube is antirust Aluminum Alloy, the inner layer is copper, and the middle layer is the Metallurgy integrated Layer of copper and Aluminum.
The fabrication and process of ACC tube are similar to pure copper tube, and the fabrication capability are the bases of ACC tube being accepted by the market.
 On cost performance, with the same length & size, the weight of ACC tube is just the 40% of copper tube, and the low cost helps to users get more market share.
 The broken strength of ACC tube of 110-130Mpa, blast pressure of 180 MPa above, the expanding rate of the mouth of 40%-50%, the index of inner face, press flat, curve and anti-leaking all gain the requirement of the ACR tube standard. The rate of tube cut section area is 12%-14%, weight rate is 31-38%, normal specific gravity is 3.45g/cm³.

Wall Thickness for Plain LWC: from 0.020inch to 0.059 inch (British system), or from 0.50mm to 1.50mm (Metric system)

Outside Diameter for Inner Grooved LWC: from 516 inch to 3/8 inch (British system), or from 7mm to 9.52mm (Metric system)

Wall Thickness for Inner Grooved LWC: from 0.016inch to 0.018 inch (British system), or from 0.20mm to 0.45mm (Metric system)
